2ND SUZUKI BMX MASTERS freeflyfreaks
July 21st to 23rd, Germany, Cologne, Jugendpark

Back in 1984, the first BMX race took place in Cologne’s Jugendpark.
22 years later it is one of the biggest BMX events in the world. Last year’s event was a total success with over 550 international top riders from 27 countries, entertaining 22.000 spectators. Dirt, Streets, Miniramp, Vertramp, and Flatland are the disciplines with 30.000 prize money and hardcore action guaranteed. To top this off, multiple X-Games gold medallist Mat Hoffman will compete at the BMX Masters – definitely a big highlight.

Hoffman’s last appearance in a BMX contest was at the 2002 X-Games, where he amazed the freestyle world by pulling a no-handed 900 degree air. So everybody can expect a great stunt show held over three days, next to the river Rhine, in a beautiful park including special side events like a best trick contest, oldschool ruling and barbecue.
